The J. Peterman Look

I recently applied for an illustration gig with The J. Peterman Company. Yep thats right, the catalog. Cause I'm classy. This lead to an interesting discovery. I only paint clothing when it's on people and even then I prefer to paint nudes. So I sat down for a couple hours and did that which had not been done before. I painted random articles of clothing.

Summer Camp Crafts Go GOLD

So I saw on some other blog - yeah I'm one of those folks who sees others ideas and decides to steal them but I spray painted this stolen idea gold so it's not really stealing. It's just ugly - these melted records and wanted to try it out. Well Brina beat me to it and melted them herself. I did have the pleasure of spray painting them for the summer camp crew. Thank Brina for the beautiful photographs as well!

New York New York

Waste not, want not. Using scrap sticker label paper and a ball point pen I brought my current feelings about the grand old state and city of new york to life.

Frosting goes to Day Camp!

Me and Brina decided to get weird with some frosting for our friend Danielle's Birthday! Brina covered hers in beads which then inspired me to cover mine in a pair of old jeans! Oh so 80's you are all jealous!!!
